Woven Badges
A woven badge is flat and slightly more flexible. It is finished with an overlocked (merrow) border to stop the edges from fraying. Our standard woven patches are machine washable and suitable for businesses of all sizes, fashion brands, schools, universities, sports clubs, sports teams, the military and emergency services. Available in varying styles to suit your needs, these woven badges come at 5/6cm with an iron-on back or a non-woven back.
These products are also highly cost-effective, durable and easy to apply. Ideal for detailed designs with lots of colours, woven badges are produced on a loom, thereby allowing for greater clarity of your image and text. The threads can be Pantone matched, and the badge has a smooth, even surface.
